11 Project/design team fees

Definition: Cost of design including consultant’s fees and contractor’s design fees.

Functional definition: Not a functional element; included for accounting purposes.

Measurement: Total fees should be stated and expressed as a percentage of the contract sum excluding contingencies (risk) and, where appropriate, contractor’s design fees.
