Further information on FIDIC

The starting point for any guidance is the FIDIC website, which provides a wealth of information about the contract forms.

In particular FIDIC have produced a guide entitled The FIDIC Contracts Guide to the Construction, Plant and Design-Build and EPC/Turnkey Contracts (1st edition, 2000). This compares and contrasts the Red, Yellow and Silver Books by listing the clauses side-by-side. It is supplemented by The FIDIC Contracts Guide Supplement Conditions of Contract for Construction Multilateral Development Harmonised Edition (1st edition, 2005 updated 2006) which sets out the changes in the Pink Book.
